After millennium Herwig Hoffmann and Orest Skakun met in Karlsruhe in a bar between the ZKM (Center for Art and Media Technology) and the Academy of Fine Arts. Herwig Hoffmann was looking for new teaching concepts, Orest Skakun was looking for new art projects. They founded an artist group.
